What Shipping Carrier Do You Use?
The Collection Miami ships out all items through USPS which includes tracking information, insurance, and signature confirmation. You will receive a tracking confirmation when your order ships within 2-3 business days of purchase.
Do You Accept Trades?
The Collection Miami does not accept trades of any sorts.
Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges?
Unfortunately all sales in store as well as online are final sales and we do not accept returns on any products purchased.
Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
Unfortunately once an order is placed we cannot cancel or change an existing order.

How Do I Consign Items To The Collection Miami In Store?
You can schedule a consignment appointment by emailing thecollectionmiami@yahoo.com and we will set up a convenient appointment for you to come by to our store location and drop off your items.
How Do I Consign Items To The Collection Miami Online?
You can email us at thecollectionmiami@yahoo.com with a list of your DS shoes you wish to consign. We will review your list within 48 hours and will respond to you through email with our consignment form/contract. We will then provide you with instructions where to ship these items and what documents need to accompany the shipment.
How Often Is Your Web Store Updated With New Inventory?
The Collection Miami updates our web store daily with new inventory.
Can You Ship To My Work Address?
The Collection Miami will only shipped to the confirmed address associated with your credit card used for purchase.
Will You Discount An Item For Me?
The Collection Miami does not offer promo codes or discounts for any items in store or online unless otherwise stated.
